Ileocolic interposition was performed via the posterior mediastinum, and there are four anastomoses: (a) esophago-ileo hand-sewn anastomosis, (b) colo-jejunal anastomosis with a circular stapler, (c) jejuno-jejunal anastomosis with a linear stapler, and (d) ileocolic anastomosis with a circular stapler.
