Examinations after preoperative chemotherapy. The tumor shrank with flattening on colonoscopy (a). On CT, the tumor also shrank remarkably (arrow), although invasion of the left ovary (arrowhead) was still possible (b). The fat layer between the tumor (arrow) and the bladder (arrowhead) was observed (c). Enlarged regional lymph nodes were disappeared (same slice level as Fig. 2d (d).
