Findings of contrast-computed tomography (CT) and positron emission tomography (PET)–CT: contrast-CT revealed an ill-defined lesion involving the second portion of the duodenum, predominantly along its medial wall, measuring a diameter of 60 mm. Bulging growth into the duodenal lumen and the pancreatic head, suggesting infiltration of the lesion, was observed. In addition, associated with gallbladder enlargement, bile duct dilation due to the stenosis of the lower bile duct, and dilation of the main pancreatic duct. No metastasis was observed on PET–CT
