Extensive endocrine micronests were found in the upper to middle gastric body (red lines), and multiple, Grade 1 gastric NET with a maximum size of 4.5 mm were observed (green circles). An early signet ring cell carcinoma was also incidentally found in the middle body of the stomach (yellow lines)
