The histopathological findings of the resected tumors. The tumors were of heterogeneous size, ranging from 1 cm to 5.7 cm. A macroscopic examination revealed that they had almost the same appearance (whitish, elastic soft, round, and lobular (a). Microscopy revealed uniform fibroblastic spindle cell proliferations arising from the pleura, and immunohistochemical staining revealed that the tumor cells were positive for CD34, CD99, Bcl-2, and STAT6 (b)
