Hematoxylin and eosin staining. A Histological examination at low magnification revealed the infiltrative tumor comprised a solid and diffuse proliferation of overtly atypical cells, aggressively involving the jejunal wall especially in the serosa to submucosa, but not in the mucosa. B Hemorrhage and necrosis were not so obvious. High magnification showed the atypical lymphoid cells were medium-sized, rounded and hyperchromatic enlarged nuclei, admixed with occasional mitotic figures (8–10/10 high-power fields)
