A Gross inspection of the specimen showed a firm white tumor measuring 16 × 12 mm. B Histopathological evaluation showed that the tumor was composed of spindle cells with a mitotic count of 4 per 50 high-power fields. Immunochemical analysis revealed positive tumor staining for C c-kit protein and D alpha-smooth muscle actin and negative staining for E CD34, F desmin, and G S-100 protein
