The tumor showed slight low density compared with the pancreatic parenchyma on plain CT (a) and enhancement in the arterial phase and equal density with the pancreatic parenchyma in the portal and equilibrium phases on dynamic enhanced CT (black arrows in bd). Tumor abutment to the splenic artery and vein without encasement was observed. No significantly enlarged regional lymph nodes and distant metastases were noted
