Macroscopical photograph shows a well-circumscribed tumor with white–yellow cut surface without involving the pleura (A). Microscopically, short spindled to oval cells proliferate in pattern-less pattern with branching vessels and collagenous stroma (B, hematoxylin and eosin stain). Immunohistochemically, the spindled tumor cells are diffusely and strongly positive for CD34 (C) and STAT6 (D)
