Intraoperative image: the coil used for embolization of the right hepatic artery was observed in the neck of the gallbladder (A: yellow arrow). The biliobiliary fistula was also observed (A: yellow arrowhead). A T-tube was inserted into the common bile duct from the fistula (B). Cholangiogram: the peripheral bile ducts were visualized and no leakage from the bile ducts was observed (C). The exact size of the gallbladder could not be determined because it was resected as much as possible. The gallbladder wall was clearly thickened, with edema, fibrosis, and granulomatous changes. No malignant findings were observed (D)
