Angiography findings on admission and after transcatheter arterial embolization (TAE). Digital subtraction angiography from the right hepatic artery indicated a 50 × 32-mm pseudoaneurysm derived directly from the right hepatic artery or the cystic artery (A). We isolated the pseudoaneurysm by embolizing its proximal and distal portions of the pseudoaneurysm (B). The bleeding was stopped, and it was confirmed that the distal end of the right hepatic artery was supplied by the collateral blood flow of the middle hepatic artery (yellow arrowhead)
