In the arterial phase (A and B on axial, C on sagittal), nodule-like lesions were strongly enhanced (arrow) near the portoenterostomy site. In the venous phase (D and E on axial, F on sagittal), enhanced lesions spread to the Roux limb (arrowhead). No dilated vessels and extravasation into the intestinal tract were observed
