A Upper gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopy shows 1 medium-large (ML) NAPC at the anterior aspect of the duodenal bulb; 2 years after the operation. B Follow up GI endoscopy performed 2 months after the first upper GI endoscopy shows 2 ML NAPCs at the anterior aspect of the duodenal bulb.
