Macroscopic and microscopic appearance of the resected stomach. a Resected specimen reveals a circumferential type 3 tumor mainly at the antrum of the stomach. An ulcer scar can be seen in contact with the tumor. The oral and anal margins were 50 mm and 30 mm, respectively.
