The clinical course of the case. Pegfilgrastim (PEG-G) is administered on day 3. PEG-G-related aortitis is suspected based on the CT scan on day 11; steroid treatment is initiated on day 18, after which the patient’s general condition and laboratory findings improve dramatically.
