Upper gastrointestinal endoscopic and gastrointestinal contrast examination findings. A pendulous tumor approximately 2.0 cm in diameter was found at the left wall of the middle thoracic esophagus (a). Long segment Barrett’s esophagus extending about 4.0 cm in length was observed at the anal side of the tumor (arrowhead) (b).
