Immunohistochemistry shows positivity for CD34 (c) and mouse double minute 2 (MDM2) homolog (d), and negativity for signal transducers and activator of transcription 6 (STAT6) (e). There is positivity for Ki-67, and the MIB-1 index is up to 10% (f). The tumor has partially invaded the pericardium (g: arrowheads)
