Histopathological findings of pancreatic tumors. a Macroscopic findings showed that the tumor comprised of a cystic wall and mural nodule, which contained cystic fluid. b Hematoxylin-eosin staining (× 40). Papillary tumors were growing in large cysts. Tumor cells had no mucus in the cytoplasm and had different characteristics from intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm.
