Pathological findings. a, b The tumor was surrounded by a fibrous capsule, containing massive hemosiderin deposits and cholesterol crystals showing partial calcification (arrowhead). The cystic wall contained no elastic fibers, vessels, or epithelial cells, indicating it was a pseudocyst. The tumor was located in mesenteric fat tissue and in the jejunal serosa, with no atypical cells at the jejunal mucosal surface
