Endoscopic findings show the superficial esophageal squamous cell carcinoma at the left-side wall of the thoracic upper esophagus. Green lines indicate mild compression by the double aortic arch. Enhanced CT revealed the swelling of the right upper mediastinal lymph node before neoadjuvant chemotherapy and then the shrinking of this lymph node after chemotherapy
