Intraoperative findings. There are incomplete accessory fissures between S¹⁺² and S³ and between S⁶ and the basal segment (a). The branch of A⁶ arises from the more proximal point than a normal anomaly and passes to the dorsal side of the displaced B¹⁺²b+c (b). The branch of V¹⁺² passes between B⁶ and the bronchus to the basal segment and joins V⁶ at the dorsal side of the pulmonary hilum (c).
