Pathological findings. Macroscopically, a 2.0 × 1.4 cm elastic hard tumor was found at Vater’s papilla (A). The microscopic examination of the specimen showed that spindle cells, which constructed sarcomatous tissue proliferated with intricate infiltration (B) and growth of tubular adenocarcinoma (C).
