Pathological findings of squamous differentiation in the lymph node (a HE, × 400). The carcinoma cells were positive for AE1/AE3 antibodies (b × 400) and focally positive for vimentin (c × 400). The carcinoma cells were exclusively positive for SMARCB1 (d; × 400). The squamous carcinoma differentiation was positive for cytokeratin 5/6 (e; × 400) and anti-high molecular cytokeratin antibodies, clone 34βE12 (f × 400).
