(B) The distance between the aorta and SMA on postoperative CTwas 2mm. (C, D) The angle between the aorta and SMA on postoperative CT was 36°. Localization of the pouch deep in the pelvis causes relative stretching of the SMA and flattens it against the aorta in the retroperitoneum.
