Computed tomography (CT) showing a swollen lymph node, 0.8 cm in size, in the retroaortic area and accumulation of F-deoxyglucose (FDG) in FDG positron emission tomography (FDG-PET) (black arrow). CT scan and FDG-PET imaging also showed a swollen lymph node with FDG accumulation in the perigastric node along the left gastric artery (white arrow).
