(a) Enhanced abdominal computed tomography (CT) showed a large solitary tumor measuring 15 cm in diameter occupying the whole caudate lobe, subsequently pushing up the inferior vena cava (IVC) ventrally (arrow). In addition, a tumor thrombus (2 cm in diameter) was found at the bifurcation of the portal vein (arrowhead). (b) Enhanced CT showed that the right gastroepiploic artery graft passed through the antehepatic route (arrow).
