Histopathological findings. Histopathological examination showed that the tumor was composed of interlacing fascicles of spindle-shaped cells with elongated nuclei (hematoxylin and eosin stain, magnification ×20) (a), and the mitotic index was more than five mitotic figures per fifty high power fields (hematoxylin and eosin stain, magnification ×200) (b).
